The inviting dark red color of the wine started my taste bud going, I just finished grilling a couple of tenderloin steaks. There was some dark fruit on the nose. This was a well balance dry wine, with a very small amount of tannins. It was difficult to tell which was better the steak or the wine, one bit of steak, then one sip of wine. They complemented each other wonderfully.
At this price we will be looking for this wine again.
